Another unmatched feature of this breed is they are sometimes crossed with other dog breeds to produce different poodle breeds. Poodles have been regularly in the top ten most well-liked dog breeds now for decades. The American Dog house Club recognizes 3 differing types of poodles. These types are the standard poodle, the tiny poodle, and the toy poodle. The standard poodle must stand at least fifteen inches tall at the shoulders. The tiny poodle must stand at least ten inches tall, but not more than fifteen inches tall at the shoulders.

A few people call them composite poodles, but that's wrong language. My ma had 2 Poodles and a Shitzu after I left the nest. Judy the English Bulldog, Tessie the Pomeranian and today its Abigail, another English Bulldog. The best by a long way has been my English Bulldog Abigail.

I like to think of those pets and how, myself, a bro, sister and parents all influenced their unpleasant habits. I never truly read up on or investigated dog obedience training till the 1st Bulldog Judy. It wasnt this programme, but books from the Library. They were beneficial but not like this easily followed programme. Judy was a good dog and died at eleven years of age. Abigail is still my sidekick and the most receptive patient to canine obedience training. A few of the people call them compound poodles, but that's inaccurate language. Actually the poodle came from Germany and was employed as a hunting dog.
